Bono, featured in Jim Borgman’s cartoon at the Cincinnati Enquirer today.
excellent, again! maybe bono should really engage in talks and kick sharon`s and arafat`s butts…..perhaps that
Nothing like throwing a fiesty irishman into the mix to get some results! :-b
Very Funny…I smell N-O-B-E-L for Bono!
Wouldn’t it be great if he got the Nobel Peace prize? Damn.
If you take away the shades and give him regular glasses and different hair, Bono looks like George Sr. in this drawing… He’s 41, not 81!!! The Zoo TV after show hours are what makes him look older than Larry (and the fact Larry is blessed), but geez, not that much older:)!!!
That’s George BUSH Sr., one day I will learn to type AND think!!!
the nobel peace price…., that would be more that right!
same problem as ryan ;-)) it would be more than right ofcourse!
Wouldn’t that just make Clinton fume if Bono got the Nobel?! I’d laugh and laugh!
One day we will all wake up and will find out Bono has won the Nobel Peace Prize, become the Leader of Ireland, settled ‘the troubles’ in the North, found a cure for cancer, and recorded a kick ass album in the process. The man is simply the best. I think it may be the shades…
Hey James, that list sorta reminds me of all the things Phil Collins (Genesis)tried to do in the 80’s with mixed results (simultaneously writing, recording, producing albums, performing in 3 places all at the same time, upholding the plight of the homeless, etc, etc)
Bono has a much greater “Cool Factor” going for him though.
That chin looks curiously like a penis…
face it, he is shady, puns intended — however funny, remember p.pilate was the first pop star! he gave the people what they wanted —
ps – few people who speak of the nobel prize really understand what it means, and, rarely know even one or even the first person to ever receive same.
I’m all for Bono winning SOME kind of prize for his efforts…for him to get no sort of recognition would be so unfufilling and definently unjust!
