The Ubiquitous Singer

Among the books U2 fans can look forward to reading in the coming year is one that pokes fun of Bono’s accessibility and visibility to the public. Everyone’s Got a Bono Story, the debut novel from Irish journalist Anne Marie O’Connor, is a fictional comedy that centers on how everyone in Dublin has met Bono at one time or another. The book will be released on Gill & Macmillan’s new imprint Tivoli in spring 2004.


Fact is funnier than fiction. What’s your Bono story? (Please keep ‘em short and sweet.)

    I’ve never met Bono, but once I was at a U2 concert and he sang to me for two hours. It was great. :)

    Ya you lads from dublan get in the studio and stop making jokes, hehe iv always wondered.if bono edge or larry or adam go to thes sites in read what we say about them it would be stuped if they didnt cause i would if i was bono so let us no bono say it on tv or something then we got the edvidence hehe
