It looks very similar to the documentary Stand Up and Be Counted, which was shown on TLC back in 1999. There was little U2 content in it.

Of course. Stand Up and Be Counted was also very interesting. It talked about the Other Policemen’s Ball and Peter Gabriel’s Biko, amongst other things.
