Bono attends Bruce Springsteen concert

Our Bruce Springsteen fanatic on staff spotted Bono with Christy Turlington at Madison Square Garden for Springsteen’s concert this evening. There just as a “regular” fan, Bono sang along to the songs in the stands with the rest of the audience. During “Born to Run,” Springsteen acknowledged his Irish friend’s presence, and Bono flashed the peace sign at the Jersey boy in return.

  • I’m a little obsessed with Bruce Springsteen’s new album. It’s got “Album of the Yea grammyr” written all over it. Several of the tracks would make great duets for Bono actually, so I hope he was practicing. :)

  • I would’ve died! The only thing better than going to a Springsteen concert would be standing next to Bono at a Springsteen concert!! I’m totally jealous ;)

Ali was at the same time in L.A., at an Edun event. The many fans who were there were delighted that she kindly posed for pictures with them, spoke with them, and gave autographs. She was by all accounts very generous with her time. The pictures (go to Interference for those) show her looking as beautiful as always.
