    Many thanks for posting that. Don’t know if it was just my pc at work but i missed 2/3 of the lyric and it sounded like they were trying to land a 747 through the middle of the song..easy!
    It’s not my fault i’m not Irish though. Phew.

    It’s not the greatest video, I know, but the only one I could find last night. Hopefully there’ll be a better rip somewhere soon. The song’s growing on me. The chorus is a bit… meh, but the rest’s not bad.

    We should do a ‘spot the famous Irish person’ list.

    Around 3:30 watch the guys (Jerry Fish and the guy out of Kila or is it the Republic of Loose?) in the back looking at Bono with a kind of mixture of awe and disgust ;-)

    Nah, I think they’re either a) drunk, b) wanting to get drunk, or c) Bono’s plastered and is talking about a giant lemon for the Ronnie Drew music video.

    Fab song, does sound like an aeroplane in the background but if you go to RTE Television you can hear it on The Late Late Show site. A great song full of life and personality just like the man himself.
