We at U2log.com are once again excited to bring our readers some goodies to keep you company through the holiday season and into the new year.
This year we are happy to share with you a rare gem from our 1/4″ reel tape vault; radio ads announcing the upcoming release of Achtung Baby. One cannot help but to wonder what the media onslaught will look like next year as the boys get ready for the release of the next album.
This download (bittorrent) will be available for a limited time only.
Happy Holidays!

thanks for these!!! extremely bizarre… never hear them before. that voice must have inhaled some helium… a looong time ago on austrian radio we had a character, who had a similar voice (tschitschei wischer if somebody should be familiar); I guess it’s done with a rather simple pitching effect after all.
happy holidays u2log!!
cheers,
bernhard

I’ve been listening to ZooTV Outside Broadcast a lot the past couple of months, and it’s still as fresh and original and relevant to the world now as it was back in the early 1990s. Mind-blowing and incredible, I doubt any band will ever top it.
