The Edge and Adam are attending the International Film Festival (Berlinale) in Berlin, Germany, for the premiere of the film ‘It might get loud‘.
…..”the film also travels to the ‘historical’ sites of pop music: to… Dublin, where The Edge actually manages to unearth the original four-track recording of “Where the Streets Have No Name”. I will be going to see this rockumentary/documentary – it sounds really great to me. Edge’s early music was more traditional rock influenced. This reminds me of how I love the music especially Edge’s guitar sounds in Electric Co. – it is a real gem of a song. They played it great in the “Chicago” concert (on DVD) for the Vertigo tour…and the remastered version of it sounds great on the Red Rocks DVD.. Although I have never it heard it live it rates up there with Bad to me. Can’t wait to see this movie.
