Go crazy with 18 hours of U2

WBWC 88.3FM The Sting will be holding its yearly U2 radio marathon this Thursday, September 3. Listen to the 18-hour radio marathon, hosted by Mary Cipriani and Todd Richards, on the web at www.wbwc.com (RealPlayer required). The U2 radio fun begins at 7 A.M. and ends at 1 A.M. Fans may request songs by sending an email to request@wbwc.com (put “U2 Marathon” in the subject line) or calling 440-826-7846 the day of the marathon.

Mary and Todd will be digging through the crates to play rare and unusual U2 and U2-related songs.  They will also be talking to remix extraordinaire Andy ‘Redanka’ Holt about his work with U2.

A new feature to the marathon will be a real-time report on Twitter, which will allow the DJs to share additional information about the songs while the music is playing. Follow the marathon on Twitter at http://twitter.com/U2Marathon.
