Judging from the various mailing lists it doesn’t seem like many of us (Euros) are particularly worried about getting tickets. If you luck out on outlet sales there’s always enough people to swap with (Dutch fans often swap through Teletext, do the French use Minitel?) and some fanclubs handle sales for members in their respective countries.
