U2 News Germany reports Mercury Records Germany (www.musik100.de) mentioned in their last press newsletter that “All That You Can’t Leave Behind” album sales have passed the 8.5 million copies mark worldwide.

U2 fanzine, utrawired.net/U2 webzine, trading community), and David Greg Harth will be hosting a very special event: U2 fans who will be in the Boston area for those shows are invited to come see RD’s band Lakeside Project perform at the Zeitgeist Gallery, while David Greg Harth projects his art films onto the band. U2 fans in attendance will hear a couple surprises the Lakeside Project is preparing. The Zeitgeist Gallery is a 5 minute drive from the Fleet Center.

And finally: regarding the rumour about dates and venues in Mexico … Max, of Under A Smog Gray Sky – U2 Fan Club Mexico spoke with his contact in Universal Music Mexico who said that currently there aren’t any dates. The negotiations with the promotor are beginning, but no dates or venues yet.
