The Bono-organized AIDS/WTC Disaster benefit single, the remake of Marvin Gaye’s “What’s Goin’ On” featuring such artists as Britney Spears, N’Sync, Alicia Keys, Destiny’s Child, Nelly, Ja Rule, Fred Durst, Eve, Gwen Stefani, Michael Stipe, ?uestlove, Nelly Furtado, The Backstreet Boys, P. Diddy, and Jermaine Dupri (among others), has had its video premiere on MTV’s TRL and on several US radio stations today.

The single, which features five different versions of the track (including Jermaine Dupri’s main version, Fred Durst’s rock remix, and a RUMORED Moby remix), will go on sale in America on October 23. Half the proceeds will benefit AIDS charities in Africa, with the other half going to the United Way’s 9-11 Fund.
