‘Twas a night full of surprises at the band’s first-ever Baltimore show — Garbage cancelled at the last minute and were replaced by “Graham Parker & The Figgs” (Butch Vig was ill, and should hopefully be fine for the band’s final performance with U2 in NYC on 10/24) while “Please” made its first Elevation appearance with Popmart-style “…Streets…” segue, and a fan was brought onstage for a full-band cover of “Knockin’ On Heaven’s Door” a la The Joshua Tree tour.
