Australia’s Triple J have once again held their annual Hottest 100 countdown with tunes as voted by the general public. This year U2 only managed to elevate into the 40th position.

Last year the boys took out the second highest position with Beautiful Day. Perhaps it’s time the boys considered an Australian tour to help boost there public popularity here, eh.
