Microsoft founder Bill Gates and Bono, announced at the World Economic Forum here Saturday their 2002 Marshall Plan: “It’s a deal, and it’s a tough deal, but we think if we follow that through, by this summer’s G-8 we can get governments to agree on bringing rock and roll back to Africa.”
