Irish Department of Arts, Heritage Gaeltacht and the Islands spokesman Declan Bale is quoted in the current issue of Hot Press stating there are no plans to stage a U2 concert at Phoenix Park this summer. The Dublin Corporation claims they have received “no planning application involving U2 or the Phoenix Park.”
