Neil McCormick writes about Bowie’s show at the Meltdown Festival in London in the arts section of the Telegraph . He quotes Bono on Bowie’s run down of the entire ‘Low’ album for the first half of his set: “Back in the Seventies, it was something strange and alien, this harsh, cold, Teutonic sound,” he opined. “Tonight everyone was singing along. It sounded like pop music.”
