It seems that Bono and Ali were in Aspen for reasons other than rest and relaxation (see Holidaying Hewsons). They were in the famous skiing village to attend a 50th birthday party for friend Jimmy Iovine at the Aspen Mountain Club. At the party, Bono reportedly shared that Oprah Winfrey has donated a six-figure amount to DATA and confirmed that he recorded a duet with Jennifer Lopez.
