Today Bono and Edge performed at the dedication ceremony for the Clinton Presidential Library in Little Rock, Arkansas. They performed The Beatles’ “Rain” (a tribute to the weather), “Sunday Bloody Sunday” (Bono flubbed the lyrics), and “The Hands That Built America.”

    1. I wanted to mark this for posterity — shortly before I had to leave today, I saw MSNBC was running it live, and I checked in just in time to hear a reporter there say that there were many dignitaries in attendance, including BONE-NO of U2 and the musical group, The Edge.

      Just how clueless do you have to be not to get the pronunciation of Bono right — even L’Osservatore Romano readers know how to say Bono. And as for the musical group, The Edge: I thought it was BONE-NO who was a nice bunch of guys!
