‘Tis the season…

In the spirit of the season, and following u2log.com’s tradition of sharing holiday gifts with our readers, we are happy to this year be able to share a demo version of Goldeneye (thank you for sharing!) with Bono doing the vocals. This download will be available for a limited time only.

We also have a another couple of gmail accounts to give away. Drop us a line if you’d like to sign up. (all gone!)

Happy Christmas!

  1. Thanks for Goldeneye! So, what can we do about the gmail account? I’m really interested.

    Merry Christmas!

  5. Wow, that’s pretty cool. Macphisto all the way in that song. Where did the U2log crew dig this one up? I don’t recall seeing this demo on any bootleg cds. Thanks for posting it ladies and gents!

  9. Thanks for this rarity. A kind of late night lounge type of sound. It could go well with Bono’s version of Leonard Cohen’s Hallelujah, his Jools Holland version of Velvet Dress, Two Shots, That’s Life, others? Now if we get a hold of a Bono demo of his Conversation On A Bar Stool (for Marianne Faithfull)

P.S. It would be great to have Demos of these too – Time Enough For Tears (for Andrea Corr) and Blue (for Zucchero)
