We’ve shaken our magic eight ball, and all signs point to an official tour announcement next week.

While we wait for the peeps at U2.com to make the official announcement of U2’s forthcoming world tour, U2log.com has an announcement of its own to make. We are pleased to announce that we have partnered with The Event Transportation System (ETS), the official travel and tour operator for the U2 world tour. ETS provides fans with concert packages that can include transportation, accommodations and, of course, the hot ticket to see rock’s hottest ticket. In the coming weeks, we will describe how ETS can help you plan the perfect U2 concert experience and share our own experiences of using ETS’ services. We are big fans of ETS.

Through ETS and U2log.com, fans will be given the opportunity to purchase concert packages in advance of the public on-sale dates with the ETS Fan Club. Part of this will involve remembering our name (if we can remember “U2log,” you can too).

ETS will be offering new and exciting packages not available during the Elevation Tour. We wish we could blab and tell you all about them, but we believe special announcements should be made by the people to whom they belong.
