  3. I’m also not very fond of the name, but if I’m honest I can’t think of any better names. Well maybe ‘Atomic Tour’ or ‘Love And Peace Tour’. ZooTV, Popmart and Elevation sounded much better imho.

  9. The only thing I can say is that I just can’t believe that the u2.com ticket limit is for ONE show ONLY. I feel more than a little ripped off, with false promises made regarding the u2.com membership. I’ve seen poor ticket sales and poor fan treatment on artist websites, but this really takes the cake.

It’s a bit disappointing that in this time and age of internet technology, we’ll more than likely still have to turn to local touts and exuberant prices for our tickets. I guess Fanfire, U2 and their management just still have an awful lot to learn about e-business and internet technology, or something.

I’m sure it won’t stop me from spending a small fortune (pocketmoney for any of the boys) going to U2 gigs.

Oh, and just as a side note… this is a personal opinion.
