Got some time to kill (we’re all anxiously waiting for the tour to start… not too long now!) and bandwidth to spare?

Check out this super slick photo album (Flash plugin required) documenting a trip to Dublin, made by U2 fan Andre Thyret from Germany, who describes the work as ‘a musical journey’.

The album contains general impressions of Dublin (good ones, too, the Full Irish Breakfast one’s a personal favourite) as well as a meeting with Hotpress’s Niall Stokes and shots of the Factory, Hanover Quay, Windmill Lane, Dockers Pub, the Octagon Bar in the Clarence.

If you have never been to Dublin, it’s a great introduction. And it’s enough to make this veteran a little emotional.
