It’s hard to comment when you’re watching through a camera phone, but if you crop the bottom the crowd out of the shot it looks like a rehearsal. Bono doesn’t know what to do with himself.

Yeah, it may seem a bit flat on a camera phone, I was at the show and I can tell you, it was a superb performance. Remember, this was the first time they’d played the song by themselves in front of an audience, the whole show had a few ‘moments’ of imperfection.. but its the first show of this leg.. so you have to expect that.. most people there were impressed with the song.
Yeah, it may seem a bit flat on a camera phone, I was at the show and I can tell you, it was a superb performance. Remember, this was the first time they’d played the song by themselves in front of an audience, the whole show had a few ‘moments’ of imperfection.. but its the first show of this leg.. so you have to expect that.. most people there were impressed with the song.

Billie will tell you that U2 is the greatest live band in the world. Never, never will Green Day be able to compare…give them another 15 years of quality library material and most importantly kick as stage performances and then we can chat…sorry but you are WAY off-
that said i do like the colaboration better, but i would cringe with Bille trying to hit those notes on his own.
