  1. The U2-haters are making a storm out of a teacup from the album art fiasco. Duepree really should shut his mouth — it’s Sugimoto’s photograph, not his. The photo in question was taken in 1993 — Bono would have known about it for years (Duepree used it in 2006). I really don’t know why it’s being argued — it’s Sugimoto’s art! Not U2’s, and not Duepree’s. Like I said, it’s just an excuse for some good ol’ fashioned U2 bashin’. Got your U2 whackin’ stick ready, Caroline? Personally, I wish U2 had have gone with Sugimoto’s 1967 “Polar Bear” to really mix things up. 😉
