  1. Looking to get tickets for the croke park gig. Could someone tell me the proper difference between GA-Standing and GA-RedZone? They seem to be the same price. Is the red zone closer to the stage? Cheers.

  3. I wanted to get close to the stage. GA Standing seemed to be back half of the field. Red Zone is to be auctioned off for Bono’s Red charity, so have been forced to buy Seats in lower tier block 333.

Very disappointed that long time subscribers to U2.com (Horizon access) can’t get standing (or seated) tickets close to the stage.

  5. Seems strange that the red zone tickets are available on ticketmaster for 60 euro, if they intend to auction them off. Maybe there are some available to the general public?

  7. The Dublin shows don’t seem to have ‘behind the stage’ tickets, perhaps that’s why they’re selling (some of?) the RED zone tickets at that price?

  9. Looking at the map, I don’t see GA being halfway across the field? I may be looking at the wrong map though.

I’m tempted to go the Red zone tickets, just to figure out what it is. May save on queueing time and add go-to-the-pub-with-friends time.

  11. Croke Park only has seats on both sides and one end. End behind where stage is to be located is Hill 16, a standing terrace. Dont seen to be selling the area at present – Health and safety gone mad ??

  13. While I’m the first to be critical whenever something goes wrong, I must admit the presale I was in was the smoothest ever. Well done u2.com! You almost made me like Ticketmaster.

    Almost! 😉
